I ordered a big-sized plush from this website as a birthday gift for my friend, order #11858. I sent an email at the beginning of January thinking the product should have shipped by then, and I received no response. I then followed up on instagram since they seem the most active on there and they have no phone number or email to contact them. I sent a direct message in January, then February, and then left comments in July. My friend said she knew of the company and heard that someone else waited 6 months until they got their plush, which is why I never disputed the claim through paypal or my bank until it was too late. I should have definitely trusted my gut. As of now, they automatically delete my comments and have set that deleting filter to all of my instagram accounts. They have absolutely no intention of paying me back and it is beyond frustrating because they have no idea what people are going through and I need that money now more than ever.
