I purchased a TeaCup Yorkie named BeBe. I paid my money and now the owner/Breeder has not shipped her as promised. He has since agreed to reimbursement and now has blocked my number. I paid a total of $1850 for ownership and have the transferred paperwork on 12/16/2017 and was told that I will rec'd the next day. It has not been 4 days and supposedly she still being detained at the airport the website still shows that she available for purchase.

I am requesting that he ships her as promised or send a full reimbursement.
