I received a phone call from a female (but there was someone in the background) - she kept saying "hello?" and, out of habit, I finally said "yes."

There was some muffled conversation and they hung up. When I called the number back it said: "customer service line for charity"

I want to report this in the event my saying "yes" allows them to set up fraudulent purchases in my name.
