I ordered a bathing suit on March from Sandy Wave. Paid online. Was given a order number and a tracking number. Neither of which work. I have contacted the company multiple times starting in May as to location of my item and ask for a tracking information. I am emailed back with a run around of a delay, then that the item had been reshipped (at no extra cost to me - gee thanks). I have not received a tracking number or my item at this time. Last email ask me to be patient and that they had policies like every company. Their policy is to rip people off. Lesson learned I will not be buying over seas again. I'd rather pay more and no when and what I'm getting.
