My wife, son and I lost our home in The Eaton Fire. We were recommended to Erik Uribe / Sands Building Solutions through neighbors who were referred to Erik Uribe by Rodeo Realty. We called Erik Uribe, contacted his references and met personally with him at our destroyed home. He stated Building Solutions would work hand in hand with architect / structural engineer fully rebuild our home as follows:

PHASE ONE

•Architectural Design, planning, construction documents, building and safety submittals. Building Solutions will propose floor plan accommodation per lot allowances for owners approval, design type will be discussed prior to development, once client approves design type, elevations and planning will be developed for owners approval.

Architectural/Desig/submittals approximately (not to exceed) 2500sqf.

Total ($45,780)

•Structural Engineering, load calculations, foundation, retaining walls, rootings, beam spans.

Total ($27,080)

•Value engineer, Building Solutions will work hand in hand with architect/Structural engineer to design structural options, materials, vendors, building strategies to coordinate between building trades. Assuring no conflicting issues between structure with MEPs, plumbing, electrical, HVAC. Building Solutions will work hand in hand with building and safety plan checker to assure all proposed building strategies meet and are approved by building department's standards. This process/exercise will guarantee cost of construction not to exceed $350 per square foot by Sands building solutions. (Once pennit is issued, Building Solutions will manage construction, S&S construction will need to perform construction to perform $350 per square foot cost. In addition Building Solutions will bill a fixed management monthly fee) Note; if client decides to request up grades out of the ordinary for example; Marbel bath tubs, extravagant door and window orders, specific design features, they will be priced individually per line item and added to building budgets on written request by home owner.

Total ($19,701)

•Third party consultants; survey, soils engineering, slope analysis, deputy reports, land use consultant, environmental consultant ect. Will be used accordingly and bill directly by the third party accordingly.

•Surveyor, soils engineering, deputy inspectors proposals will range from $4,000 -

$15,000. We are unable to provide exact pricing until site meetings are hosted by Building Solutions Consulting.

•Interior designer; once owner has approved floor plans and elevations, Building Solutions will recommend client to bring in an interior designer of their choice, This will allow the project to be completely design during the permit process and help the interior designer to work with a budget.

•Building department City fees; including permit cost will be paid directly by home owner.

•Building and safety wlll determine permit cost due to fire relief... cost of any can range from $10,000 - $301000.

•Construction management not to exceed $90,000

•Design proposa1s to exceed February 1st email... Maintained level 3 construction/design...

We have since discovered that Erik Uribe does not have a sales person's License or a State of California Contractors License.
