Caller claimed to be with Sandoval County Sheriff Dept ready to arrest me on a bench warrant for failure to appear for jury duty summons. The connection was poor and it was hard to understand what he was saying. He had a Texas accent and said I could go to the magistrate court office today and resolve the issue, hang up and a deputy would be at my house within 44 hours to arrest me, take me to jail and fingerprint and have to be bonded out or pay the fine of $511.95. I asked if there was a bench warrant # or case # and he gave me one. He asked if I would like to speak to his lieutenant and I said "yes" (wrong thing to say I learned). He put me on hold and no one ever got back on. The number he called from is 505-847-5275
