It’s a scam, don’t fall for it. I order some sandals almost 2 months ago and they never came in. So I called Chacos.com (the original website of course) and told them about it and said it was a fraudulent transaction. Chaco’s never sells anything with the percentage of 70% off. Not even employees get that much off. The most they give off is 20% or 30% off and maybe 40% around the holidays. If you get emails saying “VIP Customer Service” that’s the fake website you ordered off of. If it were the real Chaco’s then it would say, “Chaco’s.com”. Makes me sick that people are like this. And if you do order from here and realize after the fact that it’s a scam, they won’t answer you back about getting your money back or when your shoes will arrive or anything so don’t count on that, or anything coming from them at that matter. If you are trying to get your money back, you need to go through your bank that you use and tell them that it was a fraudulent transaction/charge and that you need a new card and your money back. I was on hold for about 2 1/2 hours with Chaco’s Customer Service and they told me all of this.

clicked on an Instagram ad claiming 50% (or more) off Chacos brand sandals via the website: sandals.agroupshop.com I realized this was an “official” scam when the PayPal payment went through there were a bunch of chinese symbols that the money was sent to. This scam was confirmed when the sellers information then changed to: Caishan Building Materials Co. Ltd: a “confirmation” text then came through with the email address: [email protected] which did not match the “sellers” email of: [email protected]

I am attempting to contact the “seller” and have not heard back for a refund as the payment immediately showed “completed”. I have filed a report with PayPal.

Did you ever hear anything back, i just fell for this today and have already contacted paypal.
