I came across their page. Seen they had an Instagram and a Groupon as well. Contacted them via their website. Sarah replied back to me quickly. I ignored it for a few days. I then replied and asked questions. She then sent a follow up a couple more days later. After several emails back and forth (She was so quick everytime to respond) she gave me a discount if I was ready to put a small deposit down Via venmo or zelle, so I did venmo,as I did not want to give my CC info over the phone After that I did not hear anything back. I then contacted her the next day and told her I needed to cancel. It took her a few days to reply. Which is weird because she was always on top of my replies. She then said she will have "finance" send me a refund. Since then no word. I have contacted Venmo to reverse the charge, I told them what happened and unfortunately they can't help. I wish I chose e zelle at least maybe I could had a chance with my bank. So then I started looking on Instagram for similar accounts and seen that there are multiple ones, Tampa, New York and even Austraila. All with similar photos and same layout websites just all different "cities" I came across a lot of comments and reviews seeing I was not the only victim. I have tried to reach out to them multiple times and no luck. They seriously need to he shut down. I kick myself in the but for not doing more research but I was in need quick. Now I seen that some of their Instagram accounts have been deleted. I do hope no one else falls into their scam.
