An email was sent to me stating that if I take a survey regarding my recent purchase at Sam's Club, that I would receive a free e-card to purchase at Sam's Club. I took the survey. Received a notice immediately that I was not selected to receive the $100 dollar e-card. But that I could purchase from a list of items and only pay for shipping. I selected a foot massager. Shipping was $7.95, which I paid via my bank debit card. This was on 12/17/21. Before the foot massager arrived. while reviewing my bank account, I noticed that another debit was posted from this company for $49.97. I had not ordered any other products. I immediately notified my bank and made a dispute on 12/20/21. On 12/22/21 I made a stop payment to this business. My bank debited my account of this amount. Currently in the process of contacting business. I search for their website. None exists. Unable to connect via phone either. Received a phone message from my cell carrier, "Unable to complete this call."

I received the "foot massager" on 12/21/21. It was not a foot massage. It's resembles a TEN's unit used for pain. False advertising was used. Used name of a company that I do shop at with a promise of an $100 e-card. Which I was told after survey that I didn't qualify for.

Has a picture of an egg. This particular one said it was from Sams. I have also gotten the same message saying fro Amazon, and others. Has been going on for some time now

Calls about false outstanding debt seeking information. Harassment with repeated calls. Says they are collecting on behalf of "Sams." (not Sam's Club).
