They refuse to identify what company they work for, and will not provide ANY information besides the "name" of the person you are speaking with without first "verifying" all of your personal information (i.e. social, address, etc.). I just hung up the phone when they couldnt even tell me what "business" they were calling from. Called back after hours and got the website from their voicemail.
