Type of a scam Online Purchase
I purchased an online course from them for $349 in July 2020. I received a charge for $349 a year later and had it removed and was promised my subscription was cancelled. July 9th 2022 the same charge for $349. They do not offer a phone number or chat for customer service. I emailed support and I received a very sketchy, sloppy cut & paste email that showing that I had authorized it. I asked for someone to call me, they didn't. I found their number 844.726.2278 on Merchant Services through my bank. I called it multiple times and finally I got what I thought was a samcart customer service rep. He had me validate some information, when I said I wouldn't give anymore detail he hung up and I began to see fraudulent charges on my credit card.
Please do not give this company your money.
