I ordered a DIY Sushi Maker from Salrass on November 7th and then received a few emails with order tracking. They never shipped it. Eventually, after about 6 emails from me, they responded with a tracking number that doesn't work/exist. Upon multiple new emails, they blocked my contact and won't respond to me. It is now December 9th and they won't send the product.
