Ordered a Pink yeti cup in Mid November and have never received it. The only answer I receive from email inquiries is be patient. This is ridiculous. Do not order from this website.

Made an online purchase on 11/6, deduction from a different web address the next day from my account “phoebe.com” with a secondary international fee. No product information or shipping timeframe was ever received via email. I’ve made multiple attempts to contact and learned of the bogus phone number,the email address returns a mail failure and the online “contact us form” sent twice with no responses.
