I initially ordered 4 bags of pet food from this website and never received a confirmation email. Two days later I received my order plus 3 additional random items. The boxes said Chewy.com on them & the shipping label had my correct last name but incorrect first name. My mailing address was correct but had extra numbers added. Packing slips inside we’re on Chewy letterhead so I called them first to make sure they hadn’t mistakenly sent a package...they had no record. I tried contacting the company through the phone number & email on their website with no response. Since that first initial order I have received several more packages from “chewy.com” with the same shady shipping label. I have since cancelled the credit card I used and I was only charged once for my original order. Obviously somethings not right & I don’t want to keep getting items I did not pay for.
