i ordered this towable extra thick (paid $25 more for that) blue mat thru this website with paypal and after waiting MANY weeks i received a (PINK) pool float. after this I have heard of many other people this has happened to! the mat I received was not the color or towable at all like it says. I confected PayPal who contacted them and they at first offered a refund of $40 (their website says 100% guarantee I responded no $60 they responded with $50. I did take that just to get it over with but I am out $25 for a $1 store float. i mistakenly deleted my emails but i have picture of everything if you need them ...
