I also placed an order on 2 pairs of huaraches which I was excited for. Now seeing how so many others have not received their orders is so upsetting. A few years back I had ordered from La Perla Mex which I believe is the previous name of the company and I had received my order and they were very good quality and so lovely. This time around after trying to reach out to them via email and through their website, they have not responded to any of my inquiries. This is heartbreaking that we are trying to support a small business and have had our money taken. I do hope that I receive my order but looking at everyone else’s experience that may not be the case. I don’t see their Instagram anymore and their website is no longer working.

Just like the title says. I paid for a pair of shoes for a gift for my wife and thought it was a good idea since it's slow-fashion and paying other Latinos. I have no reason to believe it's not a scam since they've changed their email domain at least once, their customer service email is shut down, and the Contact Us form on their current site is unresponsive. Look, if it takes longer, just communicate that in email, and on the website. The current situation? It's just thievery.

I ordered online from them and never received my order. I tried contacting the business multiple times and never got a response back. I would ask for updates on my order, and then I'd ask for a refund after no reply. They never responded to me and never credited me back. I went on their Instagram page and commented on a post of a product they were selling, I commented how it had been over 6 months and I never received the item I paid for they deleted my comment and blocked me.

Similar to others, ordered shoes March 6, 2022 and still have not received them. I have also not received any communication other than Order Confirmation email. When I went to the ONLY email I received to "view order status", I am navigated to a website that is no longer working. I have filed a dispute with my CC company to get money back, and reported them on Instagram- which is where I was solicited ads. I would suggest others do the same. Good luck out there.

Ordered the shoes like everyone else and waited my 12 weeks. Checked in only to find the website has changed. I've emailed 2 different email address 4 times. No response. Will be filing a dispute with my bank tomorrow. The website and social media are deceiving. I feel like I saw positive reviews when I was ordering that can no longer be found.

This company says they sell handmade huaraches that take aprx 12 weeks to receive. I placed a order in January 2022 and sent gallows up in April as well as may and they no longer respond. I never received the sandals (huaraches) that I ordered but they charged my credit card 100 dollars. I have reached out several time to their company and they no longer respond!!

You will not receive your order. You will not receive a refund. No one will respond to your emails. Do not order from here.

Saints MX took my order in Feb 2022 and charged the card. In July 2022 I learned that my order was canceled and I was not provided a refund nor will anyone respond to email or social reach out. Buyer beware.

I had ordered 2 pairs of shoes, money was taken out on the same day. One pair said it was to take at least 6 weeks and the other about 12. A month after I ordered, I reached out to get an update and they said they were in production and they haven't replied to my monthly emails since - it's now August and I warned them that if I didn't recieve a response, I would be canceling my order. Days later no response and I've disputed the charge. Beware of the customer service times provided on EACH pair of shoes on their website. They change the days and only have certain about 5 hours of availability on those days. However, it still didn't change anything when I contacted them then. There was still no response.

I love supporting small businesses, even slow fashion - but if you can't stay transparent throughout the process, the don't advertise on the scale that you do. Keep it local until you can keep up with production so you don't negatively impact your ability to do widescale business and ruin your company name.

I purchased shoes in June 2021 when it was La Perla MX. I understood that it was slow fashion and when I followed up with them after 12 weeks, they told me to continue to wait, no ETA. Oddly enough, I got a new invoice number. After waiting 6 months, I began to email them and they stated they would refund me but it wouldn't be fast. I have continued to email them through two more website changes (SaintsMX and now SaintsMXcultura) and at this point, they're not responding. I'm so annoyed.

I ordered shoes 6 months ago and there still not here. This is so dumb. I would have never ordered from here if nothing would have ever came in.

I placed an order At the beginning of April and still have no received the order. It is passed the production time. I have emailed 4 times over the last month trying to update my shipping address with no response. I have now reached out to my credit card company to dispute the charge.

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes in December. Still hadn’t received them by end of June. Emailed them multiple times, each time getting a response that they were in production which I don’t believe at all. Finally filed a chargeback with my CC company to get my money back. Don’t waste your money buying from them! You won’t get your shoes!

Ordered a pair of shoes in February, it is now the end of June. I haven't received my shoes yet. I have emailed multiple times and gotten no response. I'm out $160 now and pissed. Don't order from them! But do check out Etsy, I've seen multiple people selling the same shoes with amazing reviews and fast shipping. If I can get my money back, that's what I'll be doing!

Spent 300 dollars back in March and it is the end of June and I have yet ro receive my sandles.i was so excited to get them and had so many outfits planned, but now I just want my money back. Emailed them a million times too, and no response

Ordered a pair of sandals on December 12 as of April 22, 2022 have not received my order. Money was withdrawn from bank account date of purchase.

When followed up, was sent a screenshot of order (from someone’s phone) saying the order was not fulfilled.

I placed my order on November 2021 and still do not have my sandals. The website read allow for 12 weeks and its been 5 months and still dont have my sandals! Do not order.

placed my order before Christmas and money was withdrawn the day of purchase. It has now been 60+ days and I have not received any updates on tracking. When I questioned them using the email on site. I was told sorry our artisans don’t work holidays or weekends. Again that was 60+ days ago. Original order was December 10th and there were enough business days to fulfill my order
