Has a website selling puppies. I emailed him and he emailed me back very quickly, with responses to my questions and pictures of the puppy. He then began texting me with details on how process works with payments he accepts. He accepted zelle, cashapp, google pay, Apple Pay and Venmo. I asked him if this is a fraud and he had a very sincere answer about being Christian and never doing to others what he wouldn’t want done to him. So I sent payment and he did his paperwork. I thought everything was legit until I woke up to texts from his shipping company demanding $2400 before they could ship the puppy. His original emails explain that the $1350 and $400 for shipping is all that I would pay. I sent him $1750 expecting my puppy to be delivered to my doorstep in a few days. He sent tracking information. The shipping company was called worldwide sky express which I tried to look up on ScamPulse.com and google and nothing popped up. I told them if anyone was going to pay extra fees it would be the seller. They continued to email me demanding money, when they didn’t even have the puppy yet because in his emails it says the puppy would be picked up in a few days per tracking info. I emailed them that I was filing a complaint on both seller and shipper. Seller tried to say he would pay half but I refused to pay anymore money. I told him I want my money back. Both seller and shipping company stopped emails and texts.
