I ordered a camping type rocking chair from them in late May/early June. They sent an email that it had been shipped June 10, 2021. Then, they sent a message saying it had been delivered to my front porch June 25, 2021, but we never received any package on June 25! I have contacted them multiple times, telling me to check with the post office. I have checked with the post office, but they tell me it was a scam, and to request a refund or replacement. They repeatedly send me the email saying to check with the post office. Very frustrating.
