Mital Lodi owns this property she was my landlord for 18 months. It was hell living there and so many red flags were there before moving in. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM ARTIST. She’s nice once you first move in and when you get in the house it’s hell. She charges for everything she charges a $75 copay fee if anything goes bad in her house for example the dishwasher breaks washer dry etc. she is the Definition of a slum lord. She will argue you down when you reach out to her about any issues that goes around in her house. The garbage disposal went out she charge me a $75 fee also the floor was damaged due to her neglect and I was charged $575 amongst other things. You do not want to live in this property or any of her other property to beware of the scam artist!!!!!
