Adam W. called me at my place of employment which I got trouble for the call because it was not an emergency! He proceeded to tell me that he was calling to collect a debt for a payday loan company for 842.00. If I paid the debt today they would settle for 500.00. I asked him if I could make payment arrangements and he said only for 3 months. If I didn't make the payment today then I would have to pay the full amount plus court and attorney fees which would be about 3100.00. I called him back and hr later if some other arrangements could be made and he put me on hold then came back on line to tell me he could extend it to 6 months with payments of 143.00. Or I could just pay 295.00 today to cover what it cost to hire him to do this. If I didnt call him back by 4:00 this afternoon with my debt card information there would be a judgment put on me and my bank account would be froze for 6to8 weeks until the court hearing! Can this really happen

Here is the exact robo message they have called and left this message on my phone many times..."SAGE RESOLUTION GROUP HAS BEEN RETAINED TO DO A PREJUDEMENT SEARCH WILL AFFECT EMPLOYMENT ASSETS AND YOUR BANK ACCOUNTS. IT WOULD BE IN YOUR BEST INTEREST YOURSELF OR YOUR ATTORNEY CONTACT OUR OFFICE IMMEDIATELY AT 844-202-7242 OR YOU CAN PRESS ONE TO SPEAK TO SOMEBODY IMMEDIATELY. AGIN THE NUMBER 844-202-7242" They don't even ask for any particular person!

The first call is a recording from a man telling you your assets will be ceased and your wages will be garnished. Then you will receive several other calls from a woman, name Mrs. Scott. She is beyond rude and will call you names as well as call every family member she can find. She has called my aunt, dad, mom, sister and my ex's parents. I have told them to leave me alone and stop calling and they wont. This is now harassment.

Automated message initially. It advises my assests will be frozen and my employers of the last 24 month has been mailed a notice to freeze my assests. I have a judgement pending and there is a warrant for my arrest. I spoke with the representative who was very rude asking for my father in law *** ***. I said he doesnt live in the country. She said well if he even gets caught at a funeral, he will be arrested. There is a warrant for his arrest. She said she is getting straight to the point and he needs to call and pay them immediately. I hung up. And she continued to call me within minutes after for the entire day to annoy me purposely.

I received a phone call saying that I owed money and was facing jail time if I didn't submit a credit card #. I began to ask questions because i don't have debt of any kind. They refused to give me any info and when i asked to speak to a supervisor, she called me a fussing [censored] and hung up. I have called at least a dozen times and now they have me blocked. Their number is 1-877-400-0494.
