Scam By Safi International DBA DeltaMay

The very same thing happened to me as the person above. Interviewed several times with DeltaMay, was offered a position on a probationary period of one month, everything checked out about the company, was assigned a curator that helped me through the probationary period. Shipped off material like iphones, tools, lotions, makeup all in the US except one product shipped to Russia. After my probationary period which was December 11th, 2021, I was told my check was mailed on December 15th. The only person I ever spoke with over the phone was the interviewer, everyone else was always by email. Never received my check so I was told that they would place a stop payment on that check and mail me another check. After the Christm[censored]iday leading into New Year I reach out again and the email bounced back, sent emails to the other person I had an email address for which was in HR and it bounced back as well. At this point, I came to the conclusion this company was a scam, the website, and portal for their logistics that we used to receive our shipping information was also shut down. I will be filing a complaint with everyone I can, reaching out to the DA for the state the company is registered in, which the company is registered under Safi International, registered in California and Ohio. Hoping to make sure they never do this to anyone else, I am sure there are several victims. May even try to gather all the victims of this scamming company and file a lawsuit against both DeltaMay and Safi International.

I was looking for a remote job and got connected to DeltaMay through one of the search engines for employment. I interviewed by phone several times, went through training and signed an employment contract. I worked for one full month, had access to their logistics portal for shipping products and had a curator who provided guidance and support. I shipped iPhones, Milwaukee power tools, bathroom supplies, Apple TV, Apple keyboards etc. All solid well named products with delivery only here in the US. The first month was a probationary period and I was supposed to get paid at the end of that period and then they would determine full time hiring. I never got paid, they sent me multiple emails that the check was sent, then cancelled and sent again, apologizing but never received a check and then no answer after Christmas. I had emails for payroll, HR and my curator, no one answered or responded after Christmas. The website is still active and they are under the umbrella of Safi Internationa, registered in California and Ohio. Everything seemed legitimate until I didn't get paid.
