Received notice of winning "Euro Million Lotto" - required to call in to international phone # (011-34-645-540-529) to speak with a claim agent. Letter states that the "lottery funds were in Spain and must be claimed in person - if unable to do so, to contact the claim agent with Safeway SA (Dr. David Clark)." Instructions provided via phone to send in "clerical fees" - $1,250 sent via cashier's check to a mainland US address (to: Anthony Brown, 239 Jefferson Ave., Brooklyn, NY 11216, ph: 1-646-979-9043). Phone call received to confirm they received initial payment on 10/24/21. However, additional funds were needed to be sent to another person/address for $10,000 to: Alfred Gasso, PO Box 2196 Imperial Beach, CA 91933. The 2nd payment was not made - family members stopped it. Phone calls continue to come in from the international and NY numbers - several times a day.
