I received a voicemail from a blocked number stating that I would be served court papers to be signed at my home address the next day. The woman who left the voicemail gave me a phone number to call and docket number to reference. Upon calling this number a woman “Donna” answered and transferred me to the filing department when a man “Samuel Green” answered and informed me he was a mediator and I could settle a debt through him for a credit card alledgedly opened in my name over 10 years ago. No such credit card was ever opened in my name or ever listed on any of my credit reports so I told him to please go ahead and have his company serve me the court papers.
