My husband and I bought a puppy through Ryesheda Jordan, who we now believe is a part of the scam. She claimed that.our puppy was to be shipped from an agency called safe travels pet transport, who demanded that we pay for a.specialized crate, for $970. We did believing it was necessary to keep our pet safe. Then a company named.Dynamic Logistic sarl contacted us and said they were the final.shipper, and that an additional $1200 was.due for covid related.documents. we arranged a delivery time for the next day, but instead, they emailed and said that the breeder didn't complete the necessary documents for the USDA and state to state shipping. We hesitated, called them, and told that an additional 1600 was needed for transport.insurance and some other certificates. We.set.a delivery date for the next.morning. when the time came and went,, I contacted.them, left.a.voicemail, and later received an email that an additional 1600 was.due because there was another dog in holding with covid, and she was quarantined and needed a quarantine certificate.. we called.and asked.to back out of the deal,, as they always said in their email that.the fees were 100% refundable. I was assured by a Mr Roberto that this is the last fee. Yet the next business day, we received another email detailing the need to pay $3500. At this point we told them we were.out of.money, even if we.agreed to pay it. Now it is impossible to reach any.party by phone, the breeder's number was turned off. A day later, the breeder said she agreed to pay 1500, and that we needed to take a loan to pay the balance, $2000. We refused and repeatedly asked for our money back, which they refused saying we would only get the money once the pup was delivered, in cash. Please warn others of this scam, and if there is anything you can do to help us get some money back, we would be grateful.
