Responded to ad on Facebook for smart cards to protect cards in wallet from electronic hackers. Rec'd email that I would be notified when order shipped. Never hsppened. Several emails wete ignored

I finally got an email stating the order had been delayed and they would expedite or refund. That never happened. Now they do not respond to any emails. It has been since February.

There is no phone number or mailing address on their website
