My MIL must have signed up for this and it was auto-renewed billing. She asked me to help her cancel overall and get refunded. I called and they required downloading/installing a program to be more confidential in returning the refunds. The first time I refused and then was told this other way that nothing is installed. A third party software was installed and after answering the simple non-private questions I was trying to uninstall the software. They kept having access to my laptop and then I proceeded to request and manager and allow me to uninstall he said he could see me crying, asked that I laugh then smile and stand up. I compiled only in the hopes that I would be able to get them out of my laptop and my life. I was eventually able to uninstall and currently doing an antivirus scan.
