On the 5th of November 2020I placed an order for masks and filters due to the pandemic. My credit card was billed immediately for $50.48. Payment was made to SAFE-MASKSCANADA BRAMPTON, ON. It seems like this company produced a shipping label as they did supply a tracking #. The expected deliver date was the 13th at that point the tracking changed to delayed. The only progress is a shipping label was created. To date they have not responded, I have sent 5 emails with no response and there is no telephone number or address on their site.
