This website is to replace missing social security cards. They charge you $35, (when you’re able to purchase it for free at the SS office) and then you send you personal info in with your SSN on it and they never send you the info back, never get back to you, and keep your personal documents. 100% a scam. A lot of other people have also had this issue with the company.

The service this company provides is to simplify the process of obtaining our Social Security cards. It charges each customer from $35 and above for SS-5 form. It asks all my personal information which includes my social security number, address, date of birth, my parents' social security numbers, and credit card info..etc. I mailed my supporting document and SS-5 form by myself and still haven't got my Social Security card. Thus I tried to contact them but only heard from them once. They told me that the delay must be due to covid, so I had to call the Social Security Administration to track my mail. Finally, I realized that the supporting documents for social security card replacement this company lists on their website is wrong. I tried to contact this company, Safe Filing, a couple more times afterward but couldn't reach anyone at all. In fact, I strongly believe I'm scammed. This company intends not only to make money from people, but also obtain the personal information from victims for illegal actions.

I was trying to access the www.ssa.gov.com website to request a replacement social security card. Upon doing so, this website popped up and started asking questions in which resulted in asking for payment online. I was able to download the Social Security Application and this was to be sent onto my local office with drivers license to obtain new card. I was charged $35.00 on my debit card 6/25/20 and received this information upon receipt:

Applicant Name:**** Order Date: 06-25-2020

I have attempted to reach out to this company, as I have yet to receive a new replacement card and when I called my local SS office; the representative has no info on file in regards to this matter.
