We ordered 2 Briggs and Stratton Vanguard Mower engines online. Was given a tracker no#. We kept tabs on the tracker and was told that that package was delivered. We had received not such packages. We live in the country and have a decently long lane. Emailed their complaint dept. They said they would send out another shipment. Was given another tracker no#. Followed it."Camped" out on our porch so that someone could be there to receive it. We were told it got lost. So they offered to send it out again, and we got another tracker no#. We followed this one as well. After 2 days of being out for delivery, the tracker said there was no recipient and sent it back.

The company, of course, is offering to send it out again, but we have asked for a refund...
