My husband and sister-in-law were called and told that Sachs & Associates was calling to look for me, because I was accused of two counts of criminal fraud. When I called the number, and I was told that Allied Financial was accusing me of two counts of malicious intent to commit fraud for online pay day loans. Said I took out payday loans through another company that Allied lends too, but could not tell me the name of the company or how much the payday loan was for. The person on the phone Tracey Bishop, said she was only represents a mediation firm was trying to determine if my intent was malicious. She said I would be served with further information.
