I purchased tea from this individual tried to contact her on social media with no luck so I commented on one of her posts about my order she finally messaged me asking what was my order number I sent to her didn’t her back from her that evening so I messaged her again the next day and she didn’t respond I received an email the next several days saying the order was shipped I went to usps to track the package and the shipping says that the shipment was preconfirmed whatever that meant and still no updated information yet so please do yourself a favor and do not buy from her

I purchased a detox tea from this individual in November 2019. I reached out to her countless times after the allotted amount of time for my product to have arrived. She reached out to me once in December stating that it would be mailed out but that still hasn't happened as of January 15th. 2020. I have emailed, social media emailed, filled out her website contact form and left numerous IG messages.
