March 22,2021 I purchased a magic sandglass in the amount of $47.99. I have asked for updated information as their website claims my package was delivered. They claimed my package was still on it's way and asked for more patience. It's been 3 months now and I still do not have my package. I requested my money back 3 times and this time they claim they do not do refunds. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered 4 MagicSand Art items on March 20, 2021. The website says my items were delivered but I have not received anything. I have reached out to them mutiple times asking for assistance. I have not heard back from anyone. This business was advertised on Instagram. That is where I initially found this business.

I ordered from this website on 3/16/21 and received an email on 4/20/21 stating my order was on the way. I never received my order so I emailed them and my email did not get delivered because the seller deleted their email. I tried calling the seller listed phone number on their website and it's a voicemail message stating the caller is unavailable.
