Duties and responsibilities:
Working as a Content Manager means that you will be the one and only responsible for all company's social media activity. You will be in charge of company's profiles on Facebook, Instagram, X, Linkedin, Google maps and so on. Working with social media includes 2 major aspects. On the one hand, you will be in charge of the content. This entails creating, posting, editing and managing the content on all social media platforms. Naturally, you won't be able to do all of it alone for some things require a more professional touch. Thus, you will need to resort to help of 3D graphic designers and marketologists whom you will hire from time to time to help you create the content that you will later on upload where and when need. For example, this may be an advertising promo video. This means you will have to find a freelancer who will assemble the video you need for this or that purpose. Yet, eventually, you will be the one to decide on the content, its scope and details as well as where and when it's better to post it. On the other hand, you will also be responsible for working with clients and their messages, comments, feedback, retweets, etc. The sole purpose of having social media footprint is to attract clients, so this aspect of your job is also of uttermost importance.
It goes without saying that initially we will train you. I will be personally in charge of your training period, providing you all the information and details you need to know to become independent in the long run. I can assure you that we will organize everything the way it is easy, comprehensible and goes without stress for both you and us. At the beginning, you will be given less difficult tasks, but as time goes by, their difficulty and volume will gradually increase. In case you see that you do not understand something or have doubts, please never be afraid to ask. I am your mentor and supervisor, so it's totally normal to ask my help when and if need be. I work from Monday through Friday, so you are always welcome to email me, text me or call me upon necessity.
Schedule:
This is a part-time position with a fully flexible schedule. When you work with social media, you cannot set a fixed time because it basically requires your attention throughout the day. On average you will be working a couple of hours per day, including weekend, so it will be about 10-15 hours per week. Again, you are free to make your own schedule as long as you stay flexible and make sure to be always available when your work requires you to.
Payment:
Your payment package will consist of salary and commission. The salary is fixed, it is $4100.00 per month paid always monthly by means of a paper check mailed to your shipping address. Your first salary will be paid exactly 30 days after the day you begin on the job. Additionally, you will also get 10% commission which is fully based on the budget spent on company's social media activity. You will be in charge of this budget, you will decide when and what to spend it on, so this way we make sure you are personally interested in boosting the company's online footprint and grow its online presence. The more you advertize the company, the bigger budget you spend on it, the higher your commission is going to be. Obviously, you will have to report what and when the budget is spent on, but the idea is simple: you need to be very pro-active and creative to make sure we constantly increase our online presence because in the long run it is beneficial for you as well. Bear in mind that your salary and commission are the same from the very beginning, so you will be paid the same for the training period as after the training for you to show the initiative from the start. Another thing important mentioning is taxes. You were hired as a 1099 employee so it means you will pay your own taxes. 1099 tax form will be sent to you once a year when it's time to report taxes to IRS.

According to the employment agreement you've signed with us, you have the right for the following benefits:
- 20 days of paid vacation as well as a possibility to take extra 14 days of unpaid vacation per year (both these options are available for you after having worked for 6 months);
- all state and national holidays are paid days-off.
