I ordered some clothes for Christmas present on December 8, 2022 after reviewing the reviews and remarks and did a research for the products. The company advertises fast shipping, from South Carolina etc. They received my payment and order and created a shipping label with a few days. The label was created but not yet mailed. It's January 10, 2023 and no products. I email them daily asking for my items and they respond it's in the mail don't ask anymore. I also asked for a refund and they don't refund once it's been shipped in this case it hasn't. I am sending a few of the emails for your review. Please let me know what I can do. Thanks
