I was looking for a Chihuahua through a Goggle search and came across a puppy I wanted to purchase for an online advertisement. I contacted the seller and corresponded back and forth. He asked me to pay for the puppy via CashApp and to make 2 payments: The first for $500 and then $200. The total cost was to cover shipping. The day the puppy was to be shipped I was contacted by a shipping company in El Paso who said they would now need $1,500 to ship the dog because they needed a heated crate and I must buy pet insurance. Because that sounded suspicious, I contacted the seller who claimed he knew nothing about it. When I asked for my money back, he said it could not be done for at least 10 days as the shipping company was keeping the dog due to procedures. We called the shipping company but it turned out they did not exist and El Paso airport had never heard of them. At this point, the seller will not return my money and has blocked my requests for funds on CashAp.

So it all began one morning, my sister woke me up to tell me that some website was selling a dog for 50% off. The dog was a Teacup Poodle that was being sold on the website willspupmansion.net. She began the process and began talking with the “breeder”. The breed said his name was Ryan Richard. He told us to use Zelle to forward the payment for the dog and so we did. After that he began to talk about sending the dog off to the airport. From there on he said some company that handles them will take it from there. We received a call from some guy named Jason? Or Jeff? One of those, he then told us the puppy was getting ready to go on it’s way. After an hour he calls saying that apparently the carrier for the dog wasn’t approved and due to whether conditions, the dog needs some sort of A/C ventilated carrier. He said they had two options and varied in prices. We picked the lowest one being $1,000. They said it was a 98% cash back upon delivery. We sent the money to the guy, again through Zelle. After another hour, he began to talk about due to COVID-19, the dog needed insurance so a request of another $1,000 was needed. It had a guaranteed 100% cash back upon delivery of the dog. So in total it was $2,500 well gone. We called because the airline they used landed (we checked to see the landed time) and they weren’t answering. We later called and the guy picked up stating my sisters name. He said he went back to the office to check what was going on and boom, everything was gone. There was so many red flags from misspelled emails to request of money right away to dogs price. Below I will post the dog, that’s the dog “Mimi” that they were “selling”.
