Scam ! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM RYABE !!!!!

Ordered clothing items paid via credit card- items were awful, inferior material and were not at all as pictured on advertisement.

I requested return information and refund for inferior items .

They refused to provide full refund , offering $30 then $80 and to keep items

They finally provided an address in Dubai which would cost $75 to ship back

with no guarantee of refund anyway.

Return address on package was

No contact phone number provided and person at that address denies knowledge of company so it is illegally using an USA address to scam buyers

Made an online order with Ryabe , they never sent confirmation but billed my credit card. They will not answer customer service.

Seller claims to be in South Carolina selling products made and shipped from the USA, though products are made in China, cheaply made and not as pictured. They refuse to refund according to their refund policy.

This company states on their website that the product is made in South Carolina, USA and that it is high quality and that they will receive returns within 30 days. I ordered on March 3 and my confirmation stated that the shipping would take place in 7-10 business days. On March 30, I still had no package and the shipping confirmation link stated that the order was still be processed. On March 31, they stated that they had sent the order. On April 3, there still was no shipping information so I asked them to cancel the order they responded on April 4 that everything had shipped but the shipping information had not yet been updated. Over the next few days the shipping information showed that it was coming from overseas when the website and marketing on their site states that they are from South Carolina. I received the order on April 11. I had ordered 4 items with a total price of $181. It is of very poor quality and the product is not as shown online. One of the shirts doesn't even have the same print as shown online. I was supposed to get a black dress and it's a black shirt. I contacted the company immediately and asked for return shipping as the site says they will take returns within 30 days of receiving the product. Their response is that unless there is a serious quality issue, they cannot receive returns and that they can offer me a $20 refund as a compensation. (I have screen shots of all of this but this website is not allowing me to upload them).

So how can a company state that they are from the United States and that you can return items within 30 days of purchase and neither of these be true?

Tried to return poor quality merchandise. They offered 15 dollars and Keep merchandise. Declined. Offered 30 dollars and Keep Merchandise. Declined. Then offered 51 dollars and said Donate Merchandise. Declined. I wanted return and full refund. In meantime I cancelled my credit card because they were not reputable and I had concerns.

I saw the initial site on Facebook. Beautiful dresses, ordered with PayPal. When I got the dresses you can clearly see for cheap they are and seem like copies printed on material from the originals. The return procedure listed on the website is not what they are asking me to follow at this time. And they are only willing to refund 35$ at this time.

Ordered a shirt. Took an extreme amount of time to hear from them. They said they sent it but didn't. I told them I was going to stop payment on the order and report them. Like others they offered a minimal amount and to just keep it. It would have fit an infant. This place does not make clothes in the us as stated. They do not stand behind their product.

I order 3 tops on line and seller indicated no hassel returns if not 100% satisfied. They also advertised that all garments are made and shipped from South Carolina! The return address on the package was UK!

Received the merchandise but the fabrics were awful and the sizes way off!

I have tried to obtain a return authorization but no success.. SCAM!!!

Purchased items but they never came. USPS tracking number was provided but when looked up says nothing was ever turned in to ship.

Found an advertised store/brand inline that advertised that it's made in South Carolina, and also that they have a 30 day money back guarantee. I didn't get my order over 200 for a month and they clothing I got was complete knock off of what was pictured. They refuse to let me return and saying now company is in Dubai so I can't return

Facebook ads mention "made in SC" . Attempted to return product to poor quality and sizing. Packaging was stamped from China and also a NY return address. No where on their site can you return an item. You have to email them for return label. They then begin by telling you to keep the item and then offer you about 10% of what you paid. Every 3 or 4 days you get an additional offer. Today I was offered about 50% of purchase price and I gave in. The shipping address to return the items are in Dubai. We'll see if I get any refund.

The only means of contacting costumer service is through email. There is no address provided anywhere for returns of items. Then once you email, when you finally hear back, no address is provided but they ask you "why" you want to return. Then days go by again when they respond and offer you a tiny refund, like $8, and still no return address but instead offer for you to keep the item. Most people would not want to keep an item that does not fit them, so if you respond as such, they will offer you slightly more, like $15, and still say you can keep the item. Still not return address offered. Absolutely ridiculous. Major regret purchasing from this Facebook ad and lesson learned -- will never purchase from anything seen on Facebook ever again!!!
