Failed to deliver my order after I paid

Same as the other reviewer. I paid $379 via cash App. Then I get a text and email that I need to pay another $150 for shipping. Yet I got another email stating that the shipping company requires another $ 150 which will be refunded. They keep texting me now asking for $59.00 to resolve the shipping issue. This is scam. Do not place an 8rder with Norx as you will never get your product.

Failed to deliver order purchase/offered no refund

After purchasing my online order thru Zelle for $439.00 on 5/4/2022...then in checking my order via my tracking number...the shipping company (ICT) stated "delivery on hold for non payment of refundable insurance fee"...I contacted rxpharmacy company's rep via text because they now weren't answering the phone after the purchase...he texted me this "...as per new states shipping laws, you'll need to pay an extra $1050 for refundable insurance of which $1000 will be refunded back to you upon arrival of your package while $50 will be deducted for registration and documentation. They saying it's in accordance with new CDC business plan in compliance with Covid-19 preventive measures. But they reassuring me that the $1000 will be refunded back to you in cash upon arrival of your package and that you should get this sorted out as soon as possible so they can proceed with your home delivery asap..." He also texted me "..we never knew about the refundable insurance scheme till yesterday as it is a new state shipping law." I believe he is lying because another customer said he encountered the same thing.

First of all...this information was NEVER specified any where on their website. The final price I paid should have included all this (extra fees) in the final price. I responded to this rep about this and that I absolutely refuse to pay any additional money to them...I requested that they either send me my order or give me a refund. He texted me that I needed to get this "sorted out" with the shipper...implying I pay them...nothing was said or implied on make amends to send my order or in receiving any refund but only to pay them more money. I actually anticipated this possible situation...but more towards receiving low quality meds...NOT to be cheated out of $439 AND no receipt of my shipment order...I learned my lesson...ALWAYS CHECK CUSTOMER REVIEWS BEFORE AN ONLINE PURCHASE AS THIS...I used to do this but decided to take a chance and so I suffered the consequences...I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND to anyone to spend some time checking out an unknown, high risk online company's background before buying anything.
