I ordered a gas fire pit online. I checked out and during the process, a screen popped up to offer a discount. It appeared to be offering an additional discount and showed the fire pit that i ordered. I clicked to accept the discount. Then i was notified that I ordered an additional fire pit at the discount. I immediately opened on online chat to discuss. At the top of the chat tab is a statement that states"We reply immeidately". They never replied. I then tried to call. Their website states that they are available 6am to 10pm. No answer only a voice message to email rwsales. I sent an email. No response. I called a second time because i thought maybe they were not available the first time. Same voice message.

During this time, i went onto my account online to see if there is any option to cancel the order. There is no option to change/cancel the order.

I feel that they were purposely misleading about the discount being tied to an additional order and that this is a scammer operation since they will not respond via chat/email/phone.
