Said we had 2 court documents that could lead to jail time if we did not reply. Called and said we had a outstanding credit card bill from a credit card we never had with a total of 5000.00. but we could settle it now for a much lower cost.

Received call from this company. They are not a legitimate collection company. They do not follow FDCPA rules. The gentleman I talked with became angry when I asked that he send me something in writing proving I owed a debt and he became very hostile to the point where he cussed me and hung up. DO NOT pay this company anything !! They are not a real company they are just trying to get your money.
