I ordered a mattress(order# 16769) for $87.59. Received an email stating: Thank you for placing an order at RusiStore.com. We are sorry that the product you ordered is out of stock. Because this product was in sale off period, the number of orders was too large that we could not control the stocks. During last week, we contacted with the supplier in order to import this product instantly. However, it is impossible because the supplier needs 45 days to restock this product and deliver to us. We sincerely apologize for this mistake. We are currently processing your refund, depending on your card issuer, it can take up to 6-20 days for the money to appear on your card statement. And as soon as the product comes back in stock, we will announce you via email. We hope you will sympathize with us. If you have any further questions, please contact us.

I have emailed them several times but no response.
