RusiStore is an internet store that portraits that it has a very diverse inventory--everything from porcelain figurines to clothing to camera equipment. I purchased a video monitor on May 8, 2019 and never received it. When I went back on the website to track my order around the first week in June of 2019, I saw a receipt that stated I was to be refunded. I have yet to receive a refund and I don't think I will because when I emailed them about it on June 8, 2019, I received a generic customer service email on June 9, 2019 stating that they would be in contact with me within 24-72 hours. It is now June 14, 2019 and I have not heard from them.
