Today is February 20, 2022. Our December 4th, 2021 order has still not arrived in Ohio. Tracking# 304135511735 Order #JMT48103 This company seems to be a fraud!

I placed an order on Dec 6,2021. Took forever to get an update on shipping but it has been in transit now for 23 days with nothing new posted since Jan 13,2022. Pretty sure I’m being scammed.

I ordered your product dec 5th supposed to be by Christmas it came today January 13th it's total [censored]! A 5X WOULDNT FIT A SKINNY 10 YR OLD! IM CALLING CC TOMORROW! OH AND IM GONNA MF YOU EVERYWHERE!

Similar experience ... though my error is that they spelled the logo incorrectly. S/B Dutton Ranch and it came to me as OUTION RANCR. I have just sent my 2nd email.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered three items from the website. They took almost four weeks to arrive. I could immediately tell they were not the quality in the online photos or even the exact same item. They were similar in style and color but not in quality.. They photo showed a thick, heavy sweater and the item was like a rayon material, very cheap and thin. One of the items had a red stain on the front which appears to be from a pen and it bled out on the fabric making appear even bigger. Needless to say I was extremely unsatisfied with all three products and their lack of quality. I went to the website to get return information as there was not and paperwork in the bag with the items when they arrived. At that time I discovered that the phone number listed on the website was not valid. I did email them multiple times at the address listed but they have never responded.
