I have an investment managed by the company and I have been trying to close and cash out my account since January 12, 2023. I have called 8 times, been given the wrong information about what paperwork needs to be submitted. I have submitted the paperwork as instructed and then have to contact them again. Today I called and they said a message was left for me on February 1, 2023 which I did not receive, and now supposedly a letter is in the mail telling me the paperwork is still incorrect. I was told today the error was corrected but when I insisted to know when I will receive a check, I was put on hold for 5 minutes then told I would not be receiving a check and the alleged error was not corrected.
