Russell sent me the lease agreement which was signed by both of us he said rent is 1,100 and security deposite is 750 making the total due 1,850 He asked if cash app works and that's also how I would pay rent each month which I agreed to. he agreed to have the keys mailed to my sister house in case signing was needed and he agreed. he sent me tracking info which package was never given to FedEx to be delivered like he told me I noticed package still hasn't been given to FedEx so I asked for my money back as he told me he needed 1,100 more to rent to me. then I said no send me my money back he then said he spent it already and I wouldn't be receiving my money till Monday. now this morning he said I will not receive my money till April 1st 2023 as he wouldn't have it till the new renter paid 6month up front
