To date, I still have not received the merchandise from the seller. I reached out to the Merchant on Jun 12 2023 requesting an update on the order and was told that they are having technical issues with the website and are unable to process orders. I reached out again on Jun 21st 2023 for an update and was told that the issue was still not resolved and they won;'t be processing orders temporarily at which point the merchant claims that a refund was sent. The first refund email I received (attached) shows that the refund total was $0. I pointed this out to the merchant who then fixed the email (aatched) and sent it back over to me.

Since then, I have not received any refund or any merchandise from this seller.
