I placed an order for a PS5 PlayStation via their Instagram page on 11/27/21 and paid with ShopPay/Affirm. I paid extra for 2 day expedited shipping. ShopPay showed order in progress but no email or tracking information provided to me. My son contacted them via Instagram 11/28/21 via message page inquiring about status and they said order was being shipped but still no tracking info. Again my so reached out for tracking info on 12/1/21. No response so I emailed them to cancel my order and they replied saying it will take 24hours. After a few months Affirm still showed I owe the vendor Runtzsneakersog so I called Affirm and requested a dispute. After affirm doing their investigation they saying I didn’t provide enough proof so I have to pay Affirm the $559. I reached out to vendor again and they claim they don’t do business with ShopPay/Affirm anymore and that they have no record of my order. Now ShopPay/Affirm says I have to pay them and that my account has been charged off and will be sent for collections. I canceled the order and did not get the item but yet I’m still responsible! This vendor won’t help or respond about the money ShopPay paid them nor are they refunding them. Yet my credit history is in jeopardy because of them. I have sent ShopPay the screenshot of proof for order place and to vendor so now hoping this gets resolved. This company is awful and I feel they scammed me
