I ordered 4 hoodies @ $9.99, an order totaling $49.95 that was charged via cash app purchase. It was submitted under the name Casefis I but I entered it on their site like any other credit card order. I never received a confirmation, so a couple of days later, I emailed the email address listed on the website and never heard anything back! The website was down a week later! I never received a refund or the items ordered!

I am still figthing a dispute with Cash app and it still looks like I will not get my money back.

I purchased from this company via swiping up on an ad on instagram. If instagram is promoting, it couldnt be a scam right?

Wrong. I have not recieved any of the products i ordered over a month ago. The telepgone number does not work and i have not recieved any emails in response to what i have sent. Money down the drain

I went to their website, https://ruinsclub.com/, and purchased $83 dollars worth of items plus expedited shipping. It took over a month of constant communication with them and asking where my package was. Not one person could give me an answer and offered to give me a refund when I declined they canceled my order anyways. There is NO address listed on website.

Didn't mean for my previous message to send twice, so ignore that!

I haven't gotten any response from the "seller" at all, and it's also from a different email: [email protected]. I've emailed twice so far.

It seems that their website just uses products from official stores, an example being "kakazzy". Kakazzy is real and reliable as it has social media, actually responds to my support emails, and has realistic pricing. They have stated that ruinsclub.com is also a scammer website themselves.

Did you ever get a refund via contacting your bank or from the scammer in general? I am having the same issue with the same website currently and I really need to know if getting a refund is possible. I also want to make sure my info is safe as well.
