Your order is being processed.

It will be shipped in the next few days.

It normally takes 3-5 days to process and 7-9 days to deliver.

However, our factory is overloaded.

Therefore, the processing time will be longer.

We will send you the tracking number when it ships.

From the original email it says that the order takes 3-5 days to process, and 7-9 days to ship.

It's now been over 30 days and zero progress.

I would like to cancel my order and be refunded please.

Ordered a rug from the website on October 16th, 2022 for $119.95. The money was debited from my account. Website stated 3-5 days for processing the order and 7-9 days to ship. I emailed the company on October 29th requesting an update. They stated order was in production and they would send a tracking number when shipped. Emailed them again on November 27th requesting an update. They stated the rug was still in production. I have sent 3 emails and 2 online requests since then requesting a refund of my $119.95. No response. At this point I am sure they have stolen my money. This company needs to be shut down so they cannot continue to steal from people.
