Sent 2 emails on 1/6/2021 to [email protected] to cancel order due to illness and requested reply to confirm cancellation. No response
Sent 1 emails on 1/11/2021 to [email protected] to cancel order due to illness and requested reply to confirm cancellation. No response
Sent 2 emails on 1/14/2021 to [email protected] and Easytopservice [email protected].
Called Capital One credit card to dispute charges.
CapitalOne issued credit than rebilled. Customer indicated items were delivered. They were NOT received.
Do not buy from any of these wig services on FaceBook. They are fraudulant. I have kept all copies of emails sent and no responses received.

bought 2 items, they sent incorrect ones. Emailed and shipped it back immediately and have not heard from them, nor received a refund. It has been over 3 months now and they will not respond to any emails. There is also no phone number on their site, so you cannot reach them in any way. Do NOT buy from them!

I ordered 2 pieces in June...received on July 2. Immediately notified them that they sent the incorrect color (sent pictures, etc). I told them I was shipping back that day (saw they have a 3 day return policy, so I didn't want to be accused of being too late). Never heard back. Sent them the usps tracking. Put it as an item in dispute with the credit card (Capital One) and very surprised that the credit card company could not do anything for me because they are saying to get in touch with the company and settle it. They usually handle things like this. Company does not respond back to any emails and there is no phone number on the site. It is now September 22nd and still nothing. I am out $59.30...Scammers!

Do not trust this company. I purchased two hair pieces on July 9th, with expedited shipping should have arrived by July 23rd. It is now July 23rd and I can not get ahold of anyone at the company. The bottom of my order confirmation has a contact option but the email does not work([email protected]). I went through the websites guidelines and found another email that doesn't work([email protected]). The tracking shows it hasn't been shipped at all. This is a complete scam that steals from desperate balding women. I found this company advertising on Facebook so be careful who you purchase from.
