Ordered the Rugey Giant Pillow in November, but the item never arrived. It's now January. The company doesn't answer the phone number listed and rarely responds to email. They sent tracking number on 12/11 and there have been no updates since that day. Company refuses to look into the issue. I have opened a claim with Paypal and the BBB.
